Splendours of the Nile - 13th March 2010...it's finally here!

Finally leave for Egypt on Saturday. I think i have everything sorted out and i can't wait to get it underway. Cases almost packed, arranged with parents to pop in and feed the guinea pigs daily and now just waiting to finish my last couple of days at work.I've been on plenty holidays in the past but this is going to be quite different to what i'm used to. I just hope i haven't underestimated the amount of money i'll need as i'm not bringing much...See More

Hi Guys!

Thanks for joining the site. I just wanted to let you know that you have set your snowboarding pictures to be only viewed by friends. Not a problem if you want to keep it that way, but if you did want other people to see them you just need to change the setting. I'm a keen snowboarder myself and would love to see them!

Hi there!
Thanks for your message. Here's a bit of info on Sask:
It is an absolutely beautiful province to live in. It has a bit of everything. I'm from the northern part of the province (Prince Albert/Saskatoon area) and this is where you'll find the boreal forest gets thicker and thicker. The southern part of the province is quite barren in comparison. There are thousands of lakes (and skating rinks in the winter) to enjoy. There's excellent fishing, camping, hiking, skiing (cross-country style, of course) and some of the best golf courses in the country! And the sunsets are SPECTACULAR because there's nothing to block the horizon. (Saskatchewan is called the land of the living skies) Some nights the northern lights put on quite a show!
The whole province only has around 1,000,000 residents, so if you're looking for space and fresh fresh air, Sask is a great option! :) Here's a link to the site for Sask's national park called Waskesiu (wass-ke-sue) for some more info: http://www.waskesiu.org/ and then also Sask's tourism website: http://www.sasktourism.com/
Best wishes to you wherever you decide to go! Canada is a wonderful place to live!! :)
Blessings, Britney
